Why We're Building Nadoo

Why We're Building Nadoo

A few years ago, a story went viral in Korea.

A student from KAIST, serving as a public service worker, was asked to organize one year’s worth of registered mail records. The task was simple but painfully repetitive: search each record, print it out, and compile the data. For most people, it would take several months of dull manual work.

But instead of doing it manually, the student wrote a small program—and finished everything in just one day. This became a hot topic online. People were amazed not just at his technical skills, but at the huge difference a little automation could make.

Years have passed. Now, no-code tools and SaaS platforms are everywhere.
It’s easier than ever to create websites or launch small businesses without writing code.

But one thing still hasn’t changed:

Most people still spend hours doing things that could be automated.

Let’s say you use Tool A to collect customer data. But your next step requires Tool B. If there’s no direct integration? You end up copying from A and pasting into B. Every. Single. Day.

It’s frustrating. It’s inefficient. And it’s completely unnecessary.

Nadoo Exists to Bridge That Gap

Even if you’re a developer, building stable automation scripts is time-consuming.
And for non-developers? It’s almost impossible.

That’s where Nadoo comes in.

We’re building a no-code platform where you can:

  • Build dashboards
  • Automate workflows
  • Connect tools
  • Move data across systems

All with a simple drag-and-drop interface.
No code. No engineers. Just logic.

Even if Tool A and Tool B don’t support native integration, Nadoo helps you use them as if they were one tool.

Building Nadoo Is Not Easy

Technically, it’s challenging.
But what’s even harder is designing a product that makes sense to people who don’t code.

That’s our real mission:

To make automation simple, visual, and accessible to everyone—no matter their background.

A Few Things I Wanted to Do

  • When someone submits a form, I wanted to get notified on my phone.
  • I wanted my daily Google Docs to be automatically timestamped like a research log.
  • I wanted my spreadsheet to send texts and emails automatically.

I built Nadoo to make those things possible—not just for me, but for anyone.

In the End…

We believe in a world where anyone can build the tools they need.
Where automation isn’t a luxury for developers, but a daily tool for real work.

If Nadoo can help even one person reclaim their time and focus on what matters, then that’s reason enough for us to keep building.
